01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the ubd11 platform in any capacity — including browsing the website, creating an account, depositing funds, placing bets, playing casino games, or withdrawing winnings — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the ubd11 platform.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of ubd11, including players, visitors, and anyone who accesses any part of the platform. ubd11 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these terms at any time. Governing Language

These Terms & Conditions are written and published in English. The English version is the definitive, legally binding version. Any translation provided for convenience is secondary and in the event of any discrepancy, the English text shall prevail.

Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with ubd11's Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific bonus or promotion terms published on the platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and ubd11 in relation to your use of the platform. They supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings, whether written or oral.

02 Eligibility & Age Restriction

The ubd11 platform is intended for use by adults only. To register and maintain an account on ubd11, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. ubd11 enforces a strict minimum age of 18. Players under 18 are prohibited from accessing, registering on, or using the platform in any capacity.
• You must be a real, natural person. Corporate entities, automated bots, and artificially created accounts are not permitted to register or hold accounts.
• You must not be on any self-exclusion register or have requested self-exclusion from ubd11. If you have self-excluded, attempting to open a new account is a violation of these terms.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.

03 Account Registration & Security

To access the full range of ubd11 services — including placing bets, playing casino games, depositing, and withdrawing funds — you must register a personal account. Registration is free of charge. The following rules apply to all ubd11 accounts:

Registration Requirements

• You may hold only one account. Opening duplicate accounts is prohibited and will result in closure of all associated accounts.
• All information provided at registration must be accurate and current. You must notify ubd11 of any changes to your personal details promptly.
• Registering using a false identity, another person's identity, or any fraudulent information is a serious violation that will result in permanent account closure and may be reported to relevant authorities.
• ubd11 reserves the right to conduct identity verification checks at any time and to request supporting documentation (government-issued ID, proof of address, proof of payment method) as part of the KYC process.

Account Security Obligations

You are solely responsible for the security of your ubd11 account credentials. Specifically:

• Keep your username and password strictly confidential. Do not share them with any other person for any reason.
• Use a strong, unique password that is not used on any other website or service.
• Enable SMS two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. ubd11 strongly recommends this for all users.
• Log out of your account fully after each session, particularly when using a shared device.
• Notify ubd11 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

KYC Verification

Know Your Customer (KYC) verification is required before your first withdrawal and may be requested at any time at ubd11's discretion. Acceptable KYC documents include a valid National ID card, passport, or driver's licence for identity verification, and a recent utility bill or bank statement for proof of address. Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe may result in account restriction.

04 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All financial transactions on ubd11 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). ubd11 supports a comprehensive range of deposit and withdrawal methods tailored to the Bangladeshi market. The following terms apply to all transactions:

Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 for all mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay).
• Deposits are credited to your ubd11 account balance instantly in most cases. Processing times may vary based on payment provider conditions.
• ubd11 does not charge any fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• You must only deposit using payment methods that are registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted and will be returned.
• ubd11 uses the official APIs of bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. We will never ask you to send funds to a personal mobile number. All deposit instructions will come through the official platform interface only.

Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. No maximum withdrawal limit applies to standard verified accounts.
• KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal request is processed.
• Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 15 minutes of approval. Rocket and Upay within 30 minutes. Bank transfers are processed same-day during Bangladesh Standard Time business hours.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

ubd11 offers a range of bonuses, promotions, and special offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be clearly stated at the time the offer is presented. The following general rules apply to all ubd11 bonuses and promotions:

• Bonuses are available to registered, verified players aged 18 and above. Only one bonus may be claimed per offer, per player, per household, and per payment method.
• All bonuses carry wagering requirements that must be completed before any associated bonus funds or winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements will be specified clearly in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonuses expire if not used or wagered within the time period stated in the specific offer terms. Expired bonuses are forfeited without compensation.

• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, exploiting promotional structures, or using betting patterns designed solely to clear bonuses without genuine play intent — will result in bonus cancellation and may result in account closure.
• Free spins and free bet credits awarded as part of a promotion are subject to the same wagering requirements as cash bonuses unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.

06 Game Rules & Fair Play

Casino Games

• Odds are subject to change before a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time your bet is successfully placed are the odds that apply to your wager.
• In-play (live) betting markets may be suspended at any time during an event at ubd11's discretion — particularly during key moments such as wickets, penalties, or video review decisions. Bets placed before a suspension are valid.

07 Prohibited Conduct

ubd11 maintains a strict code of conduct for all users. The following activities are expressly prohibited on the platform and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and where appropriate, legal action:

• Registering more than one account, or using another person's account, identity, or payment details.
• Attempting to access ubd11 if you are under 18 years of age or have requested self-exclusion from the platform.
• Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any software designed to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, exploit game mechanics, or defraud the platform.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, or using ubd11 to process funds derived from illegal activity. ubd11 complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) obligations and will report suspicious activity to relevant authorities.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair financial advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a known or suspected bug must be reported to support and will be voided pending investigation.
• Making threats, using abusive language, or engaging in harassment toward ubd11 staff or other players via any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, distribute, or replicate any part of the ubd11 platform, its code, game content, or intellectual property.

08 Account Closure & Suspension

Both players and ubd11 have the right to close an account. The following terms apply to account closure and suspension:

Voluntary Closure by Player

You may request to close your ubd11 account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Before closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in the normal course. Any remaining balance will be returned to your registered payment method following standard verification procedures. Bonus balances that have not met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

Self-Exclusion

If you wish to restrict your gambling activity, ubd11 offers a formal self-exclusion option. Self-exclusion can be activated immediately upon request by contacting [email protected]. Self-exclusion periods are available from 30 days up to a permanent lifetime exclusion. During self-exclusion, your account will be closed to all gaming activity and you will be removed from all marketing communications. Attempting to open a new account during a self-exclusion period is a violation of these terms.

Closure or Suspension by ubd11

ubd11 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases where:

• A player has violated any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Fraud, money laundering, or any other criminal activity is suspected or confirmed.
• KYC verification has not been completed within the required timeframe.
• The account is found to belong to a person under 18 years of age.
• The account has been inactive for a period of 12 consecutive months (dormant account policy).

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ubd11 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, service interruptions, or any other losses resulting from platform downtime, game malfunctions, or third-party payment provider delays. ubd11's total liability to any player shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the relevant claim.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any dispute arising in connection with these terms that cannot be resolved through ubd11's internal complaints process should be escalated in writing to [email protected]. ubd11 is committed to resolving all player complaints fairly and promptly.
